| Mr. Kearney has 37 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently the Chairman of Canadian Zinc Corporation, Xtierra Inc., Conquest Resources Limited, Minco plc and Anglesey Mining plc. In addition, Mr. Kearney is currently a director of Avnel Gold Mining Limited, Blackwater Capital Corp. and Sulliden Exploration Inc. He also currently serves as a director of the Mining Association of Canada. He holds degrees in law and economics from University College Dublin and an M.B.A. degree from Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and as a chartered secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in London. Mr. Kearney is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Law Society of Ireland. |

| Mr. Hooley is currently Chief Executive of Anglesey Mining plc. He is a professionally qualified mining engineer and has 39 years of experience in the global mineral industry. Previously, he was Managing Director of Micon International Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. In addition, he held various management and executive posts with mining and service companies in the UK and Australia from 1975 to 1999. He holds a degree in mining engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London. Mr. Hooley is also a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. |

He is currently Director, President and CEO of Xtierra Inc., Conquest Resources Limited and Chief Executive of Minco plc. He holds degrees in geology from the University of Dublin (Trinity College) and a Masters degree in mining geology and mineral exploration from the University of Leicester. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. |

| Mr. Gauthier is a mining engineer and since September 2008 has been Chief Operating Officer of Xtierra Inc. From August 2005 to June 2008, he was Chief Operating Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. From June 2004 until August 2005 he was a mining consultant and from December 2002 until April 2004, he was Vice-President, Mining of Glencairn Gold Corp. Mr. Gauthier has served as President and CEO of United Keno Hill Mines Limited prior to 2001, President, COO Santa Cruz Gold Inc. prior to 1999, and formerly Senior Vice-President Operations Lac Minerals Limited.

| Mr. Matthew Coon Come is a Board Member of the Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee) and the Cree Regional Authority. He was National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations from 2000 to 2003 and previously was Grand Chief of the Grand Council of the Crees in Qubec for 12 years from 1987 to 1999. Earlier he served two terms as Chief of the Mistassini First Nation. Mr. Coon Come is a Founding Member of the Board of Compensation of the Cree Nation and has been a director of Creeco; AirCreebec, Cree Regional Intercompany Enterprise Company and Cree Construction Company and Chairman of Cree Housing Corporation and James Bay Native Development Corporation. He was a founding director of the First Nations Bank of Canada. In 1998 he was awarded the Goldman Prize (Environmental Award) in recognition of his leadership marshalling local, national and international environmental, human rights and tribal communities to create a strong coalition to stop the Great Whale hydro-electric project in northern Quebec. He was awarded Honorary Doctorate of Law degrees by Trent University in 1998 and by the University of Toronto in 2000. |

| Mr. Cunningham has been engaged as an independent mining consultant since 1996. He has been a director of Aurora Energy Resources Inc. since April 2006 and was formerly a director of Viceroy Exploration Ltd. Mr. Cunningham was the joint owner of the Golden Kopje Mine in Zimbabwe from 1997 to 2001 and general manager and director of Trillion Resources Inc. He also was Manager of Wright Engineers, and held various positions with Sherritt Gordon Mines. Mr. Cunningham holds a B.Sc in Geology from Rhodes University in South Africa. |

| Mrs. Donna Yoshimatsu, Vice President, Investor Relations provides direction over the Company's investor relations and corporate communications initiatives.
Mrs. Yoshimatsu has held prominent positions with public companies in the industrial and resource
sectors for over twenty years. These include SNC-Lavalin Group, Franco and Euro-Nevada Mining
Corporations, and more recently as senior consultant to junior and mid-tier resource
companies. She is a long standing member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and assists in the mentorship program for capital markets.

| Daniel Dufort is Vice President Operations. He is a professional mining engineer and graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Montreal. Prior to joining LIM, Mr. Dufort was Project Manager - Business Development for SNC-Lavalin Inc. in Montreal where he acted as an advisor to the LIM feasibility/engineering studies. Between 1999 and 2006 he was Construction Director (1999-2000) for the Canadian sector, Canadian Vice-president Sales and Operations (2001-2005) and Director Supply Chain (2005-2006) for Orica Canada Inc. Mr. Dufort has extensive experience in underground mining operations together with sales, production and senior administrative experience in related industries. |

| Mr. Marc Duclos, brings over 30 years experience in rail, port, and truck transportation management to Labrador Iron Mines. Amongst his extensive experience, Mr. Duclos was previously General Manager for the Sept-Iles operations of the Iron Ore Company of Canada and, as such, was responsible for the overall operations of the Sept-Iles to Schefferville railroad and the Sept-Iles port terminal. Marc was also previously employed by both Canadian National Railway and Via Rail. In addition to Marc's invaluable and extensive site-specific experience, he also brings a strong background in regulatory knowledge, project management, planning and successful project execution to the Labrador Iron Mines project team. |

| Mr. Lanzon has extensive experience in governmental affairs and in facilitating the development of community partnerships in the natural resource sector. Mr. Lanzon is Senior Advocate, Homeland Security for Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance. He has held management positions at CGI and General Electric with mandates for business development and government affairs. Mr. Lanzon has worked for the Federal Government of Canada, the NWT Government, the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada and has held senior positions as advisor and executive assistant. He has extensive knowledge of the workings of government at all levels. |

| Linda Wrong is a professional geoscientist with an Honours B.Sc. (Geol.) from the University of Toronto. Linda is a former senior exploration geologist with over 20 years experience in remote and northern locations and specific experience over the last five years in Labrador, including work relating to the Company's project. Complementing her direct experience in the mining industry, she has over 15 years experience in the fields of environmental assessment, environmental baseline program development, community consultation, hydrogeology, environmental management system design and implementation and contaminated site assessment and management with major international consulting firms and mining companies, most recently as Mining Technical Program Lead, North America, with Earth Tech Canada and Manager Environmental Baseline and Engineering Liaison with Aurora Energy Resources Inc.

| John Rogers, BBA, CFA, has many years experience in corporate and operations finance in the mining distribution and manufacturing industries for both public and private companies. Most recently John served as Controller of Ucore Uranium and previously of St. Andrew's Goldfields. In his role as Controller, John's responsibilities will include internal and external financial reporting, statutory filings, budgeting and management information systems. |

| Mr. Hindy is Manager of Health & Safety. He is a professional engineer and manager with over 40 years experience in the Canadian mining industry and extensive operating experience in the Schefferville area having held various supervisory positions with the Iron Ore Company of Canada from 1965 to 1981. From 1998 to 2008 he was Director of Mines for the Government of Alberta in Edmonton being responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of mine-related policies, regulations and standards for the Province. In December 2008 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Examiners, Mining, by the Minister of Employment and Immigration for the Province of Alberta. He is President of JSDS Mine Services Ltd. which provides mine engineering and health & safety services to the Canadian mining industry. Professional affiliations include the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

| Rodel Ortiz brings over 28 years of experience in cartographic systems relating to the mining sector as well as 20 years in CAD and GIS applications. He was formerly Manager - CAD & GIS Systems for FNX Mining and Watts Griffits & McOuat. Mr. Ortiz gained extensive field experience in Southeast Asia with Freeport McMoran. | Ivan Mozer is a metallurgical engineer and a veteran of Schefferville iron ore operations. A graduate of the University of British Columbia in metallurgical engineering, he worked for the Iron Ore Company of Canada from 1957 to 1965 at its concentrator located in Labrador City. Thereafter he has been a senior metallurgical consultant to mining companies worldwide. |
