John F. Kearney - Chairman & CEO

Mr. Kearney has 37 years experience in the mining industry. He is also Chairman or Director of a number of public companies including Canadian Zinc Corporation and Anglesey Mining plc. He is also currently President of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Chamber of Mines, a Director of the Mining Association of Canada, and a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Law Society of Ireland. He holds degrees in law and economics from University College Dublin and an M.B.A. degree from Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and as a chartered secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in London.

Bill Hooley - Director, Vice Chairman

Mr. Hooley is currently Chief Executive of Anglesey Mining plc. He is a professionally qualified mining engineer and has 40 years of experience in the global mineral industry. Previously, he was Managing Director of Micon International Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. In addition, he held various management and executive posts with mining and service companies in the UK and Australia from 1975 to 1999. He holds a degree in mining engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London. Mr. Hooley is also a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Terence N. McKillen - Director & Executive Vice President

Mr. McKillen is a professional geologist and has 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He is currently Director, President and CEO of Xtierra Inc., Conquest Resources Limited and Chief Executive of Minco plc. He holds degrees in geology from the University of Dublin (Trinity College) and a Masters degree in mining geology and mineral exploration from the University of Leicester. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Richard Lister - Director

Mr. Lister has over 40 years of experience in the mining, metallurgical and chemical industries. He has served as President and CEO of Zemex Corporation, Vice Chairman of Dundee Bancorp Inc., Chairman and President of Campbell Resources Inc. He holds degrees of Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Toronto. He was also a Director of Coal Corporation and Anatolia Minerals Development Limited.

Gerald J. Gauthier - Director

Mr. Gauthier is a mining engineer and since September 2008 has been Chief Operating Officer of Xtierra Inc. From August 2005 to June 2008, he was Chief Operating Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. From June 2004 until August 2005 he was a mining consultant and from December 2002 until April 2004, he was Vice-President, Mining of Glencairn Gold Corp. Mr. Gauthier has served as President and CEO of United Keno Hill Mines Limited prior to 2001, President, COO Santa Cruz Gold Inc. prior to 1999, and formerly Senior Vice-President Operations Lac Minerals Limited.

Matthew Coon Come - Director

Mr. Matthew Coon Come is Grand Chief of the Crees of Northern Quebec and a Board Member of the Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee) and the Cree Regional Authority. He was National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations from 2000 to 2003 and previously was Grand Chief of the Grand Council of the Crees in Qubec for 12 years from 1987 to 1999. Earlier he served two terms as Chief of the Mistassini First Nation. Mr. Coon Come is a Founding Member of the Board of Compensation of the Cree Nation and has been a director of Creeco; AirCreebec, Cree Regional Intercompany Enterprise Company and Cree Construction Company and Chairman of Cree Housing Corporation and James Bay Native Development Corporation. He was a founding director of the First Nations Bank of Canada. In 1998 he was awarded the Goldman Prize (Environmental Award) in recognition of his leadership marshalling local, national and international environmental, human rights and tribal communities to create a strong coalition to stop the Great Whale hydro-electric project in northern Quebec. He was awarded Honorary Doctorate of Law degrees by Trent University in 1998 and by the University of Toronto in 2000.

Eric W. Cunningham - Director

Mr. Cunningham has been engaged as an independent mining consultant since 1996. He has been a director of Aurora Energy Resources Inc. since April 2006 and was formerly a director of Viceroy Exploration Ltd. Mr. Cunningham was the joint owner of the Golden Kopje Mine in Zimbabwe from 1997 to 2001 and general manager and director of Trillion Resources Inc. He also was Manager of Wright Engineers, and held various positions with Sherritt Gordon Mines. Mr. Cunningham holds a B.Sc in Geology from Rhodes University in South Africa.

Danesh K. Varma - CFO

Mr. Varma is a chartered accountant in Canada and in England and Wales, with over 20 years of experience in financial management. He is currently a director of Anglesey Mining plc and of Minco plc. In addition, Mr. Varma serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Minco plc, Conquest Resources Limited and Xtierra Inc.. Previously, he was President of Westfield Minerals Limited and a director of Northgate Exploration Limited.

Neil Steenberg - Corporate Secretary

Mr. Steenberg is Corporate Secretary. He has over 25 years experience in the practise of securities and mining law. Mr. Steenberg currently operates an independent business law practise. Prior to December 31, 2003, Mr. Steenberg was a Partner in the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP where he served as Chair of the firm's national corporate finance and securities practice group. He is currently a Director and Secretary of Xtierra Inc. and Secretary & Director of Conquest Resources Limited.

Rod Cooper - President & COO

Rod is a mining engineer who has had a very distinguished career in the resource industry over 30 years of varied international experience in corporate development, engineering and operations. Prior to joining LIM, Rod was a senior analyst in the base metals and iron ore for Dundee Securities. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Baffinland Iron Mines, the owner of the Mary River project in Canada’s Arctic region. Prior to Baffinland, Rod was Vice President, technical services for Kinross Gold Corporation. He has also worked for Homestake Canada, Echo Bay Mines, Inco Metals and the TD Bank. He graduated with a degree in mining engineering (Honors) from Queen’s University in 1980, and with a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Toronto in 1984. Rod brings a strong set of skills and experience to the Company that will complement the skills of both our other recent appointments and our long term employees.

Aiden Carey - Senior Vice President Operations

Aiden is a Mining Engineer and joined LIM in 2011 after three years with Barrick Gold and before that for a number of years in senior operating positions with Wabush Mines and Cliffs Natural Resources in the iron ore industry. Aiden's principal responsibility will be to oversee the Schefferville operations. In this role he will work closely with Transport to ensure the timely delivery of product to market and will liaise with the Projects group on current and future expansions.

Richard Pinkerton - Vice President Finance

Richard Pinkerton is Vice President Finance of Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited. Prior to joining Labrador Iron Mines, Mr. Pinkerton spent ten years as a mining investment banker and five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Pinkerton has also served as a director of a variety of junior resource companies. Mr. Pinkerton obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and holds Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Linda Wrong - Vice President Environment & Permitting

Linda Wrong is a professional geoscientist with an Honours B.Sc. (Geol.) from the University of Toronto. Linda is a former senior exploration geologist with over 20 years experience in remote and northern locations and specific experience over the last five years in Labrador, including work relating to the Company's project. Complementing her direct experience in the mining industry, she has over 15 years experience in the fields of environmental assessment, environmental baseline program development, community consultation, hydrogeology, environmental management system design and implementation and contaminated site assessment and management with major international consulting firms and mining companies, most recently as Mining Technical Program Lead, North America, with Earth Tech Canada and Manager Environmental Baseline and Engineering Liaison with Aurora Energy Resources Inc.

Don Hindy - Manager Health & Safety

Mr. Hindy is Manager of Health & Safety. He is a professional engineer and manager with over 40 years experience in the Canadian mining industry and extensive operating experience in the Schefferville area having held various supervisory positions with the Iron Ore Company of Canada from 1965 to 1981. From 1998 to 2008 he was Director of Mines for the Government of Alberta in Edmonton being responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of mine-related policies, regulations and standards for the Province. In December 2008 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Examiners, Mining, by the Minister of Employment and Immigration for the Province of Alberta. He is President of JSDS Mine Services Ltd. which provides mine engineering and health & safety services to the Canadian mining industry. Professional affiliations include the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

Donna Yoshimatsu - Vice President Investor Relations

Mrs. Donna Yoshimatsu, Vice President, Investor Relations provides direction over the Company's investor relations and corporate communications initiatives. Mrs. Yoshimatsu has held prominent positions with public companies in the industrial and resource sectors for over twenty years. These include SNC-Lavalin Group, Franco and Euro-Nevada Mining Corporations, and more recently as senior consultant to junior and mid-tier resource companies. Joseph Lanzon - Vice President Government & Corporate Affairs

Mr. Lanzon has extensive experience in governmental affairs and in facilitating the development of community partnerships in the natural resource sector. Mr. Lanzon is Senior Advocate, Homeland Security for Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance. He has held management positions at CGI and General Electric with mandates for business development and government affairs. Mr. Lanzon has worked for the Federal Government of Canada, the NWT Government, the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada and has held senior positions as advisor and executive assistant. He has extensive knowledge of the workings of government at all levels.

Erick Chavez - Senior Geologist

Mr. Chavez is a professional geologist with 14 years international exploration experience. He is a graduate of Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa, Peru and holds a M.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto. He has been Senior Exploration geologist with Conquest Resources Limited since 2003. Prior to 2000, Mr. Chavez was an exploration geologist with Cominco (Peru) SRL.

Howard Vatcher - Chief Exploration Geologist

A graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bsc, Earth Science in 1992, he has worked in eastern and northern Canada as a geologist /project geologist for Junior gold and base metals exploration companies. He also worked in Mexico for 10 years for Canadian and Australian exploration and gold/silver producers including Gammon Gold.

Georgi Doundarov - Manager Processing

Georgi Doundarov, MSc., P.Eng., PMP, CCE is Senior Metallurgical Engineer with over 17 years of extensive managerial, operations, technical and project experience. This includes over 10 years of flotation and smelting covering the whole life cycle of a mine from studies, construction and operations to closure with maximizing the process recoveries and concentrates grades, managing operations and multiple mines and mills closure to their pre-existing state. Areas of expertise include process engineering and plant design, NI43-101 compliant and feasibility studies, plant construction, commissioning, operations management and closure, metallurgical testing of base, precious, and ferrous metals and industrial minerals. Experienced in project management and project cost management. Certified as a Project Management Professional under the PMI, and a Certified Cost Engineer under the AACE.

Rodel Ortiz - Manager IT, CAD & GIS Systems

Rodel Ortiz brings over 28 years of experience in cartographic systems relating to the mining sector as well as 20 years in CAD and GIS applications. He was formerly Manager - CAD & GIS Systems for FNX Mining and Watts Griffits & McOuat. Mr. Ortiz gained extensive field experience in Southeast Asia with Freeport McMoran. Prior to 1989, Mr. Ortiz was Senior Draughtsman with Northgate Exploration, Westfield Minerals Limited and Campbell Resources Inc.

Ivan Mozer - Special Advisor

Ivan Mozer is a metallurgical engineer and a veteran of Schefferville iron ore operations. A graduate of the University of British Columbia in metallurgical engineering, he worked for the Iron Ore Company of Canada from 1957 to 1965 at its concentrator located in Labrador City. Thereafter he has been a senior metallurgical consultant to mining companies worldwide.
